13 Time Saving, Healthy Recipes For Busy Moms
As we head into the new year, we all have goals for what we want to accomplish in the next twelve months and for many of us that includes healthier eating. We can have the best of intentions, but without a plan, things often fall off the rails before the end of the month. We start off with tons of motivation and excitement, but as time goes on and life happens, we can become discouraged. Having a back up plan of delicious, healthy and most importantly, fast and easy recipes can be a life saver in those times when we want to just order a pizza and call it a day.
