Quick and Healthy Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Some days I feel like I can conquer the world and other days I find my keys in the freezer. This is my life. Right now I am in one of those times when I am super busy with the dance studio. Competition season is around the corner which means that I am drowning in costumes and rhinestones. This makes “momming” that much harder. Ares LOVES to snack. I mean, this kid is snacking all day long. I have no idea where he gets that from. *wink wink When I’m so busy it’s really hard to make sure that he’s getting healthy snacks, but these little balls of health are lifesavers!!!! I know what you’re thinking…”Ugh, I have to make them? I don’t have time and don’t want to clean up ANOTHER mess!” I hear you, but that’s what’s so awesome about these. It takes about 15-20 minutes total, you use one bowl so it’s easy clean up, and then you have healthy snacks for the week! Even more than that, mid week, when you are trying to remember the last time you showered, you’ll remember that you made these yummy, healthy snacks and you’ll feel like you can conquer the world again!
